A personal piece that I inspired by years of playing WoW back in college. Always wanted to level up a warlock, but always got distracted and never made it past level 40, so I brought my character to life in oil paint instead. At a later stage I widened the piece, via digital painting, to make the illustration work as a playmat for my conventions.
